The White House Historical Association is committed to your satisfaction; if you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are in their original condition and packaging to qualify for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team via email or phone to provide your order number and the reason for your return to receive an authorization code.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original shipping box, including the original packing slip and the provided return authorization form.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the pre-paid shipping label to your package or use a trackable shipping method of your choice to send the items back to our distribution center.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement item within 7-10 business days.
