The backside features the following description: Every four years on January 20, millions of people watch as the president-elect takes the Oath of Office on the West Front of the U.S. Capitol Building. However, for nearly 150 years, Inauguration Day was held on March 4. In 1933, the 20th Amendment changed Inauguration Day from March 4 to January 20. Franklin D.
